Welcome to our Restaurant SaaS Platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users, franchise partners, vendors, and visitors of the platform.
1. User Accounts & Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of applicable laws may result in suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.
2. Subscription & Payments
Our platform operates on a subscription-based or commission-based model. Payments are securely processed through Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method. Failure to make timely payments may result in service interruption.
3. Refund Policy Terms
Refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy. Once a subscription plan is activated, fees are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated. In cases of duplicate transactions or technical errors, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
4. Franchise Partner Terms
Franchise partners are granted limited rights to use our software and branding under a separate franchise agreement. Franchisees must maintain operational standards, comply with company policies, and protect brand reputation. Any unauthorized modification, misuse of branding, or breach of agreement may lead to termination of franchise rights.
5. Vendor & Restaurant Responsibilities
Restaurants and vendors using our platform are responsible for product quality, pricing accuracy, hygiene compliance, and fulfillment of customer orders. We are not liable for disputes arising between customers and vendors regarding food quality, delivery delays, or service issues.
6. Commission & Revenue Sharing
Where applicable, commission-based earnings will be calculated as per the agreed structure between the company and franchise or vendor partners. Commission terms may vary and will be defined in the respective agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and branding materials available on the platform remain the intellectual property of the company. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
We provide our services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business interruption.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users, vendors, or franchise partners who violate these terms or engage in unlawful activities.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
