All payments on our platform are securely processed through Razorpay. By completing a payment, you agree to Razorpay’s terms and conditions in addition to our platform policies.

Subscription & Service Fees

Our platform operates on a subscription and/or service-based pricing model. Fees once paid are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. We encourage users to review service details carefully before completing payment.

Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error.
  • Incorrect amount charged due to system malfunction.
  • Service not activated due to verified technical issues from our end.
Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after subscription activation.

Once approved, refunds will be initiated through Razorpay to the original payment method. Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on the bank or payment provider.

Cancellation Policy
